Painted French Buffet

Just one more day and it will be ~Happy 4th of July!!! We are full swing into our trip and celebrating Independence Day!!  I thought what better piece to share with you than something RED!!  I have shared this color HERE before on another painted French Buffet

This beautiful French buffet is one of the favorite pieces I painted.  I fell in love with it!! She wanted it only red but her husband wanted some kind of accent to draw out the details so we went with a light distressing and a little dirt!! Just gorgeous!!

      I sent you an email Stephanie but wanted to reply here for anyone else wondering the same thing!!
      The buffet is painted in Maison Blanche Paint, and the color is Cerise. It is waxed with light brown wax and has an antiquing dust called Le Dirt. All of the products are sold on my website under the “shop Maison Blanche” picture tab. Let me know if you have any other questions!!

    What color is the light shade around the details? I can’t really tell….trying to figure out if it’s a gray or blue shade.

      The details were done with Maison Blanche’s Le Dirt it is an aging dirt that you add on top of wax and let dry and then wipe away the dust that didn’t stick to the wax…It is a gray shade.
