New Pieces Getting Finished Up

Okay, I am back… some posts have been deleted as so not to have any reminders and I am moving on!! With much JOY and a Happy Heart!!

I got this console cabinet from an estate sale and I have had such a block with what to do with it… but I saw this turquoise swatch on the counter when I was picking up paint and instantly knew I had to paint this little baby in this color!!! It’s a beautiful beautiful color- so deep and so vibrant. It is Benjamin Moore’s Blue Spa.
This cabinet sits at the end of my hallway right now in such a tight spot for me and it’s perfect but it’s ready for YOU!! Take a look!! It really is a cross between the two pics here… Not so bright as the below but I was having a hard time getting the settings to capture it at the end of my dark hall on a cloudy day!!

The next piece I have almost finished… all it is missing is the perfect back cushion… And I am on the hunt. The Sooners pillow is available- but not from me I am keeping that one!! You can get yours here. Kim is a talented lady and this pillow is oh soft!!

The chair is a find from an Austin trip with my husband. He said, “hey let’s stop in there and see what they might have.” I looked at him like he was crazy but that little dive of a store was such a gem!! I have painted it up in ASCP old white, country grey, and french linen and sealed it with dark and clear waxes. I love the way it turned out!! Here are the before and afters.
